Scope of Service Experience

David R. Hexter joined NAI Daus in 1998 as Senior Vice President and was elected Principal in 2002. His primary focus is in Cleveland’s southeast industrial market.
David and his partner Jeff Calig have recently closed several significant transactions. These transactions include a $2.9 million sale in Solon, a $1.8 million sale in Garfield Heights and a $1.2 million sale in Streetsboro. David and Jeff’s recent lease transactions include; 137,000 square feet of warehouse space in Twinsburg and 26,000 square feet of office space in Richmond Heights.

David’s professional memberships include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors; American Jewish Committee Board of Trustees; the Montefiore Housing Corp. and Board of Trustees. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Washington University and earned his MBA from Cleveland State University.

Background & Experience
|
David began his real estate career at Grubb & Ellis, where he served as vice president of industrial real estate. In 1994 he was awarded the NAIOP Deal of The Year Award. This award was related to the complicated disposition of a 330,000 square foot manufacturing facility, which the seller was under bankruptcy protections and there were many environmental issues on the property.
