Scope of Service Experience
Scott joined NAI Daus as a commercial property specialist focusing on properties in Cleveland's MidTown neighborhood. He has experience in a various range of product types, including: office, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, and land leasing and sales.

Scott specializes in commercial properties located in urban areas, and is familiar with a variety of public financing programs designed to assist in the redevelopment of older properties. This focus includes pure industrial properties as well as historic rehabilitation and conversion opportunities. During his tenure with NAI Daus, he has completed over 150 transactions totaling more than $65 million and 3.6 million square feet while representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. In addition, Scott provides property assembly services, as well as, consulting and other fee for service work to clients.
