As Managing Partner of NAI Daus, Bob Brehmer leverages his more than 28 years of commercial real estate and brokerage experience, 18 of those with NAI Daus, to successfully lead the company. He is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the company and ensuring that NAI Daus provides the highest levels of service to its clients.
Bob oversees the company’s operations, including managing its affiliated equity and property management companies. He has played a vital role in the planning and implementation of numerous strategic initiatives and overall organizational development led the company in receiving numerous industry and business awards including the Costar Power Broker Award and the NAIOP Investment Deal of the Year Award for 2004, 2005 and 2006.
As a respected member of the real estate industry and business community, Bob prides himself on NAI Daus’ leadership position in the industry. His passion for real estate has helped secure NAI Daus’ position as a key player in the regional commercial brokerage community. Due to Bob and his team’s proven ability to create value for their clients and investors, NAI Daus is recognized as one of the one of the largest and most competitive commercial brokerage firms in the region. He has been instrumental in bringing many clients to NAI Daus including, Levin Furniture, International Paper, Weyerhauser, Centimark Corp, and Alpha Freight.

Prior to his many years with NAI Daus, Bob was Vice President of Developers Diversified, Leasing Representative for Chase Properties, and spent a brief period of time with Grubb and Ellis as Vice President of the Industrial Division.
