Scope of Service Experience

Jeffrey M. Kahn, president of NAI Daus, joined the company in 1985 and specializes in industrial real estate. He has been involved with numerous real estate developments during his career with NAI Daus. Among the larger deals he has worked on during his career are the development of eight buildings (two office and six office/warehouse/flex) at Galaxy Corporate Center in Warrensville Heights totaling 205,000 square feet; the development (office/warehouse/flex) of two buildings at Brecksville Corporate Center in Brecksville totaling 120,000 square feet; and the development of three buildings (office/warehouse/flex) at Brooklyn Heights Business Center in Brooklyn Heights totaling 110,000 square feet.
Jeffery has also made several notable real estate acquisition deals as well. Among them are the acquisition of four buildings (office/warehouse/flex) at Beta Center in Mayfield Village totaling 175,000 square feet; the acquisition of a building at 301 Treeworth in Broadview Heights (office/warehouse/flex) totaling 40,000 square feet; the acquisition of a building (office/warehouse/flex) at Rainbow Building in Beachwood totaling 22,400 square feet; and the acquisition of a building at 23950 Commerce Park in Beachwood (office/warehouse/flex) totaling 13,375 square feet.

Jeffrey graduated from Tulane University with a double major in English and philosophy and a minor in history.

He has served as president of JMK Development, Incorporated, and as president of Business Property Specialists, Incorporated, doing business as NAI Daus, since 2000. He also previously worked as an associate at Trammell Crow Company.

Among his personal accomplishments, he has been named the company’s top producer numerous times; he has been named company top producer, second nationally in production, and was awarded the Chairman’s Award by NAI Global. Jeffrey also sits on the City of Beachwood’s Planning and Zoning Commission and is a member of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine’s Commission for the Advancement of Academic Medicine.
