Scope of Service Experience
Lindsay joined NAI Daus in August 2008 and currently manages the day to day operations of 27 buildings totaling 2 million square feet and serving over 60 tenants. She has worked in all aspects of property management with over 12 years experience in Commercial, Residential and Retail real estate. Her responsibilities include working with tenants to assist with renewals and retention, lease negotiations, meeting with contractors and negotiating with vendors and assisting build outs. Lindsay also ensures a professional and effective transfer with new assets and aged property management assignments.

Lindsay has increased owner profits with her creative advertising, marketing and leasing skills. She performs these skills for each property by developing the yearly budgets, which she maximizes returns for all her owners’ portfolios. Lindsay also receives high acknowledgement from property owners for her well organized monthly reports.

Lindsay has been complimented for her creativity and work ethic, and with years of experience in Commercial, Retail, and Residential property management and leasing in Northeastern and Central Ohio, she also has 3 years experience in Reno, Nevada. Lindsay brings a strong knowledge of the market and service industry to her property management career.
Education
Her professional affiliations include, the Stow Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM),
Cleveland Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a candidate for the Accredited Commercial Operating Manager (ACOM).
Lindsay graduated with a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and is attending Cleveland State University with a focus in Business Administration.

2 Office Buildings in Westlake, Ohio. Management of full service office building in receivership.
“We received this assignment on December 30th and had the building fully staffed and operating by January 1st.”

Alfred Professional Building:
Office/Warehouse Building in Strongsville, Ohio. Management of multi use office/warehouse building in receivership.
“Our team stabilized the building and secured a buyer within 3 months of acquiring the management services.”

Chester Commons:
4 Story Office Building in Cleveland, Ohio. Management of a four story CBD office building in receivership.
“We teamed up with our Detroit NAI office to manage this office building. We are currently stabilizing the rent and expect the building to come out of receivership the 2nd quarter of 2010.”

30,000 square-foot Retail/Office Building in Mentor, Ohio.
“NAI Daus has guided the stabilization of this building for a first time, out of state owner.”

7570-7580 Northcliff:
75,000 square-foot Office/Warehouse Building in Brooklyn, Ohio.
“This office/warehouse project was built from the ground up with oversight from the management division of NAI Daus.”
