Mr. Christopher Seelig specializes in the sale and leasing of all types of Retail Real Estate, as well as market analysis and consulting services. He brings a combination of personal Investor and Development experience, and 20 yeas of Retail and Restaurant experience to make him distinctly qualified to provide insight and advice to retailers, restaurants and property owners. Representing tenants or buyers, Mr. Seelig demonstrates perseverance and creativity in the acquisition of the best possible locations based on the retailers specific site criteria. Mr. Seelig is experienced in land assemblages, rezoning projects and redevelopments. As a Landlord or Owner's representative, he implements a systematic approach to identifying the highest and best users or buyers, target marketing to those users, and using his extensive market knnowledge to negotiate terms to meet or exceed the client's expectations.

Represented Phillps Edison & Company in the acquisition of Highpoint Village Shopping Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Highpoint Village is a 176,000 square foot Kroger anchored shopping center.
Represented Key Bank in the leasing of historic Shaker Square, completing 10 leases during the 9 months of Key Bank ownership.
Currently represents Fifth Third Bank on their entry into the Stark County market. Completing 7 site acquisitions, over a four year period.
