Scope of Service Experience
|
Christopher Seelig specializes in retail brokerage, including the representation of retail tenants, restaurants, sellers, and landlords. Chris joined NAI Daus in 2004 as a Retail Associate; was named Vice President and Director of Retail Services in 2006; and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009. Chris previously worked for NAI Ronald Markowitz Real Estate Inc., where he served as a Retail Sales Associate for five years. Prior to his many years in the commercial real estate industry, Chris held the position of general manager for Houlihan’s Restaurants.
Chris has extensive experience in site selection, land assemblage, sales, leasing, and development projects. As a tenant representative, Chris has planned and implemented location strategy for national chain retailers, as well as found the one perfect location for the entrepreneur opening their first business. As a landlord representative, Chris has experience with individual investors, national shopping center owners and developers, as well as corporate disposition and bank-owned property assignments. In addition, Chris provides consulting and other fee-for-service work to clients.
Chris has detailed knowledge and experience in all of the retail markets in Northeastern and Central Ohio, including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Warren, Columbus, Mansfield, and the surrounding areas.
