Scope of Service Experience
|
James A. Samuels joined NAI Daus in 2002, as its first salesman focusing exclusively on the sale and leasing of retail real estate. A Vice President with 24 years experience, Jim provides real estate advisory services to national and local retail tenants, developers and individuals in need of investment sales of their properties, site acquisition/land assemblage, market analysis, negotiation and 1031 exchange services. For sixteen years, Jim provided similar services at Grubb & Ellis and prior to entering the real estate business practiced law for 10 years. (Jim continues to maintain his law license.)
In addition to investment sales and general retail brokerage, Jim has expanded his services to include being NAI Daus’ first professional to focus on the sale of multi-family properties. He also has developed a sub-specialty in Entertainment Real Estate. He works exclusively with Phoenix Big Cinemas Management, LLC of Knoxville, Tennessee, in identifying opportunities for their expansion of management nationwide. Jim is working on a concept to re-develop closed big boxes to retrofit them to multi-use entertainment centers consisting of a movie theatre, bowling alley, indoor miniature golf course and other entertainment uses.
