Avon, Ohio – (December 21, 2009) Bridgestone Firestone has acquired 1.45 acres in Avon, Ohio. Firestone will build a 7,653 square foot auto repair and tire center on the land, which is located across from Avon Crossing Shopping Center at the corner of Main Street and Center Road. Chris Seelig, Director of Retail Services at NAI Daus represented the Seller, Route 76 & Chester NW, LLC; Tori Nook of Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group represented Bridgestone Firestone.
