Scope of Service Experience

Debbie Maggard joined NAI Daus in 2010 as Vice President. She specializes exclusively with local,
regional and national tenants in an array of services including tenant and landlord representation, land assembly, sales and leasing.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie College.

Background & Experience
|
Debbie has a well-established background in commercial real estate since 1981. She began her real estate career with developers Julius Paris and Judge Alvin Krenzler for eight years. For the next four years she served as the first female director of real estate at Cedarwood Companies in Akron, Ohio. At Cedarwood, Debbie managed the leasing and selling activities for all of the retail properties in nineteen states. She later joined Colliers Cleveland Retail Group where she serviced as Senior Vice President.
